I was in college at Florida State University when Blue Like Jazz came out, and I remember reading it in about 48 hours.  It was authentic and fresh, and I was challenged by the reverse confession booth.  I’ve had the opportunity to hear Donald speak a few times, and in each circumstances, I was impressed with his authenticity.  Whether he’s talking about storytelling or faith, I always find his presentations engaging.
